These Terms govern your use of the VeriBag iOS application (the “App”) and the public verification service at veribag-verify.pages.dev (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
VeriBag is an AI-assisted consistency reference tool for luxury handbags. It compares macro photographs of a subject item to documented pattern references and produces a 22-checkpoint report.
The Service is not a legal authentication service. It does not certify that any subject item is or isn’t produced by any brand, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, or any other luxury house. Brand names appear only to identify the subject of a user-submitted scan.
Paid access is purchased through Apple. The Weekly plan is charged immediately and renews every week until cancelled. It includes up to 50 reports in any rolling seven-day period. The Annual plan is charged immediately and renews every year until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Annual and Lifetime use remains subject to reasonable technical, safety, and abuse-prevention limits.
VeriBag does not offer a free trial. Apple shows the exact localized price and billing period before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Apple controls billing, refunds, renewals, and price-change consent where required.
You retain ownership of the photographs you submit. Photos pass through our Cloudflare Worker to our AI processor for analysis; we do not write them to our report database. Unless Private Scan is enabled, the structured report (checkpoints, counts, market comparables) is stored in Supabase to serve the public verification link. The Service is provided “as is.” The AI model may misread novel variations, unusual lighting, or heavily worn details. We make no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. For high-value transactions, pair the report with a professional physical authentication. A report is not a guarantee of authenticity, transaction outcome, price, or savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriBag and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend access to the Service if the Terms are breached. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your Apple subscription and deleting the App.
