Need help with a scan, report, purchase, or restore? Email support@veribag.app and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not email handbag photos unless we ask for them while troubleshooting.

What VeriBag does

VeriBag is an AI-assisted reference tool that compares submitted photos with 22 documented reference points and produces a structured report. It is not an authentication service, does not issue certificates of authenticity, and does not guarantee an item’s origin or a transaction outcome.

Access options

• Weekly includes up to 50 reports in any rolling seven-day period and renews weekly until cancelled.
• Annual renews yearly until cancelled.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

VeriBag does not offer a free trial. Apple displays the exact local price and billing period before purchase. Annual and Lifetime remain subject to reasonable technical, safety, and abuse-prevention limits.

Manage a purchase

• To restore access, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in VeriBag Settings.
• To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VeriBag.
• To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problemservice.

Privacy and Private Scan

Photos are sent through our Cloudflare Worker to an AI processor for the requested analysis. Private Scan uses the same analysis flow but does not save the report to local history or Supabase and does not create a public verification URL. See the Privacy Policy for the full data flow and retention details.

Delete a shared report

Delete the report from the VeriBag Library to revoke its associated public verification link. You can also contact support to request deletion.
